ഡെബിയന്‍ ഇന്സ്റ്റാളറിന്റെ പരിഭാഷ പരീക്ഷണത്തിന് തയ്യാറായിരിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് qemu പോലുള്ള ഒരു എമുലേറ്ററിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ ഇത് പരീക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ആദ്യ പടിയായി http://www.webalice.it/zinosat/g-i/rachana_w01.iso എന്ന image ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുക.

നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ചെയ്യാവുന്ന പരീക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു:
- വ്യാകരണം
- സന്ദര്ഭത്തിനനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പരിഭാഷ (ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് no ക്ക് - വേണ്ട, അല്ല എന്നീ പരിഭാഷകളുണ്ടാകാം)
- ഒരേ വാക്ക് തന്നെ പലയിടത്തും പല തരത്തില്‍ പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടാകാം (ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് setup - സജ്ജീകരിക്കുക, ഒരുക്കുക എന്നിങ്ങനെ പരിഭാഷപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടാകാം)
- ചില വാക്കുകളുടെ പരിഭാഷയേക്കാള്‍ ഉചിതം ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് വാക്കുകള്‍ തന്നെയാകാം (ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് interface - മുഖപ്പ്)
- ചില വാക്കുകളുടെ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് വാക്കുകളേക്കാള്‍ ഉചിതം പരിഭാഷ തന്നെയാകാം (ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് server - സേവകന്‍)
- പാംഗോ ചിത്രീകരണം (വിദഗ്ദര്ക്ക് മാത്രം ശുപാര്ശ ചെയ്യുന്നു)
ഒരു ഫയലില്‍ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതിന് ആ പേജിലെ മുകളിലുള്ള 'edit' എന്നതില്‍ ക്ലിക് ചെയ്താല്‍ മതിയാകും. അതിനെ കുറിച്ച് ചര്ച ചെയ്യാന്‍ ആ പേജിലെ മുകളിലുള്ള 'discussion' എന്നതില്‍ ക്ലിക് ചെയ്താല്‍ മതിയാകും. പൊതുവായുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ http://groups.google.com/group/smc-discuss എന്ന വേദിയില്‍ ഉന്നയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനായി മുകളില്‍ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള കണ്ണിയില്‍ പോയി ചേര്ന്നതിന് ശേഷം smc-discuss@googlegroups.com എന്ന വിലാസത്തില്‍ ഇമെയില്‍ അയച്ചാല്‍ മതിയാകും.
